Adult Social Activities
CLW invites you to take advantage of the many social and support groups organized for fun and fellowship. Travel opportunities, concerts, dinner theater, and outings for young adults are organized monthly under CLW sponsorship.

Monthly Adult Social Activities:

Fellowship Club

Adult group meets monthlyduring winter monthsfor pot-luck;Christmas catered dinner. Annual theatre event onbehalf of Peppermint Ridge

Serendipity Circle

For women of the church, meets one evening a month at church or homes for fellowship.

Bible Study

For young people and adults is held throughout the year with short 4 to 8 week courses scheduled to meet either during the day or evenings.

Women's Guild

For all women of the church, sponsors several vents throughout the year for all women, usually in afternoons.

Dinners for Eight

Groups of eight members and friends get together at restaurants or homes to get to know each other better.

Fellowship and Support
CLW's ministry is open to all members of the congregation. From the generous and continuing support of its volunteer Sunday school teachers and choir members to those who tend the grounds and Bible Garden, provide flowers, recycle cans and papers, sell scrip, run the library, provide coffee, dinners and receptions, serve on boards and committees, and support through prayer all those who need sustenance, CLW endeavors to be a congregation of support and compassion.

At the center of support within and beyond our church is the Women's Guild which has been functioning at CLW for nearly 100 years. It meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month for business, lunch and a program.
